Diversification

By means of diversification, we reduce asset risk, manage liquidity, and generate stable cash flow by investing in financial assets, real estate, and forestry. Our competitive advantage in real estate and forestry lies in our flexibility as a long-term player, our experience, our network, and an established and trusted brand. In the area of financial assets, we employ professional asset management practices, and our team invests in sectors and asset classes that have limited or no correlation with the risks and cycles of the strategic core sectors. In the target state, diversification would represent 20–25% of Investment International Group’s total assets.
